I did my procedure without hesitation and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I felt comfortable with both the administrative and medical staff from beginning to end to end. Every one was professional and informative and reassuring throughout the entire process. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and the payment options were affordable. As a person that has worn glasses for over 30 years, this was life altering and I have zero regrets. I am 1 week post surgery and my vision is improving every day.
Got lasik in both eyes 2 months ago. Like everyone else you’ll talk to I wish I’d done it sooner. Everyone at the hope street location was super friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. On the day everything went super smooth and I waited maybe 20-30 minutes while other people before me had their procedure done. Definitely a bit rough that first day but woke up the next morning able to see and I’ve never looked back.
I had an amazing experience at LASIKPlus - truly something new and exciting for me! Kayla and Kiki were incredibly warm and welcoming from the very beginning. They guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. The doctor was also very professional and knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence going into the procedure. Overall, this was a very smooth and positive experience. Such a good experience from consultation to surgery! Everyone was super kind, informative, and transparent, and the process went smoothly.
