I wanted to provide some feedback on my eye exam visit yesterday. While the exam process went smoothly, I felt that Dr. Davis’s nurse who took me for the imaging wasn’t very informative or supportive. I would have appreciated a bit more clarity on what was happening, as well as a kinder approach. I hope this helps improve the patient experience in the future. I don’t think I feel Comfortable to come back. Thank you.
I had an amazing experience here! Everything was top tier from start to finish. The environment was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and everyone was so helpful throughout the entire visit. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
Yesterday I had my first appointment at Cleveland Eye Clinic. I was taken care of so well by everyone! Tiffany was lovely! She took me in and did some tests. Explained everything and answered all of my questions with great patience, which I really appreciated💕 After Tiffany I saw Dr. Ahmed who did some more tests and was very sweet! I told him that he doesn’t look old enough to be a doctor. Within minutes Dr. Jee, my favorite wizard, came in. We talked a bit and then right on the spot she did laser surgery that took minutes. The staff at the front desk ...
My mom at 96 years young felt so comfortable answering all the questions and the respect she received was exemplary. Explained in details until all her questions and concerns were met and even being there passed closing there was no rush to get her out of there. 2 and half hours later mom was pleased and now heading back for a cataract consult. My vision is back to 20 20 and I'm grateful for what they did for me and looking forward to the end results for mom. Great place.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Stanley Warn and his team at Cleveland Eye Clinic. He prescribed me the best glasses I’ve ever had! The ladies at the optical store were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Dealing with Cleveland Eye Clinic’s main office in Brecksville Ohio for the past 5-years has been wonderful! When my regular eye doctor was off and I had a “scary to me” visual experience, I accepted any doctor who could see me. Bingo, that day the doctor did an excellent job detecting that I needed to see a retina eye specialist. She directed a clerical member to setup an appointment at that associations office (preferably near my home). The clerical person got me into the closest to my home on the next day. Team work at its best!!!!!
