I am very happy with the overall service and results of my recent cataracts surgeries. From the receptionist to the nurse and technicians I was treated professionally and courteously. Everyone was caring and friendly. Dr. Kelly was very thorough and professional. He even came into office to see me very early in the morning as I was experiencing some complication. Very satisfied!
Each employee I met was Professional and also personable. They all appear to enjoy the work they are doing. A lot was covered in the time allotted for the appointment, although I never felt like I was being rushed through anything. Explanations were given for each procedure, which I could understand, in regard to their purpose in making decisions in my best interest.
I had thought about changing doctors to a closer location, which this doctor is about 55 miles away, but after my visit I realized why I haven't changed before now. The atmosphere is just so much more professional than other ophthalmology places I have been to with other people. The wait time is minimal and the staff is so nice and patient. Always saying thank you and asking if I am ok. Would recommend them to anyone.
What a wonderful experience. Dr. DeNaeyer is absolutely incredible. He is highly competent and cares a great deal about my eye issues. He is a corneal eye specialist that has done an exceptional job in fitting me for scleral contacts and making sure that work very well. In addition, he proposed and began intense light pulse therapy to help with some of the rosacea issues I have been having. All around a great experience. Highly recommend him and the practice.
Dr Kelley cam highly recommended by my family doctor and a couple close friends. From the first appointment, through the surgery process, through my annual checkups, Dr Kelley has been professional-yet-personable. He was patient with recommending monovision for me, and he was 100% correct about it being the best option for me. Truly have nothing even close to negative and can't say enough positive about Dr Kelley & the staff at Arena Eye Surgeons.
