I want to highly commend two of the staff at Triad Eye Institute at the 61st & Memorial location. Firstly I want to mention the stellar receptionist at fount desk. Her name is Brittany. From the moment I walked in, Brittany made me feel welcome. She was instrumental in taking the time to help me navigate my insurance & explained everything in detail to me. Thank you doctor Clary and Sonci (triad main manager) for helping me get in first thing monday morning for an eye issue. Dr Clary diagnosed me with an eye issue and Sonci made sure i got my drops same day! the team at triad main clinic is phenomenal!

They have the WORST scheduling system ever!! I understand we need to be patient but every time we check in we wait over 30 minutes pass our scheduled time. They do all these test before we see the doctor great he sees us for 20 minutes and then again waiting for over an hr for financial people like it’s seriously annoying and unprofessional.

I am so happy with the outcome of my cataract surgeries Dr. Conley performed. His skill is amazing, especially considering the challenge my prior LASIK procedure could have posed for this type of surgery. His expertise with performing cataract surgeries is evident from the results I experienced. My vision is so clear now! I can't say enough good things about how well the whole process went at TRIAD in Tulsa.

I had to wait for about 90mins because they didn’t get pre authorizations from my pcp and insurance. scheduled an appointment more than a week in advance. the front desk did help me sort it out but had an overall unpleasant experience saga continues: they just kept me running around for coordinating with the labwork. not sending relavant info to the lab. I looked online and suggested that they the wrong code but they insisted they have the right one. turns out I am right and I had to wait again to get a fax on when I arrive at the testing lab. ...

I came in and to my surprise the staff was very friendly and very informative. The doctor was very kind, patient and walked me through my options after my screening and looking forward to my next visit. I am so glad that I decided to make appointment and come in. Very thankful!
