The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made sure to answer every question that I had and made sure that I understood everything including the recovery process. The Whole Experience Was great! From the evaluation, to the Surgey and the check up after. Before we got into it they made sure I was educated on the process, what to expect and just make sure I was comfortable. I never felt rushed or like I was being Sold on the idea of it. I was Super nervous for the actual surgery and the process of the aftercare but honestly they did such a good job that I’m amazed. The surgery felt like it took 15 minutes. Great experience getting lasik! The techs, doctors and surgeons were all excellent and provided fantastic care. I was pretty nervous during the procedure but everyone's professionalism and confidence helped a lot. I’ve been thinking about doing lasik for a few years and finally did it. Dr. Ward was great, he made me feel extremely comfortable, and loved his energy. The nurses in the procedure could tell I was feeling a little nervous during, and rubbed my arm and talked to me in a calming voice which really helped me. After the procedure, I went home and slept, my eyes did burn, and were uncomfortable but they give you some Tylenol PM and I slept it off. The next day, they were sensitive, but didn’t hurt. LASIK is nothing short of magic. I had very strong prescriptions (differing, plus astigmatism and transition lenses) in both eyes, which were showing as 20/20 L and 20/25 R two days post-surgery. I was driving and reading a book the next day and returned to work (heavy laptop work) after the weekend.
