I was able to make an appointment quickly and the staff were SO nice. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant and got me in and out so quickly. The doctor made me feel at ease. Will definitely return!

This year we ask for generic prescriptions eye drop which will be covered by our insurance, dr Scott says ok ,coz last year also we couldn’t get our prescription. When we go to pick eye drop,pharmacy said something like “it’s not authorized or covered by insurance(generic -$300, brand $1000) you have to talk with dr office, we have also sent prior authorization but dr office is not responding.” We Also called and talk with insurance two times and emailed details several times ,they ask for pa forms(prior authorization)completed supposed to be filled ...

Cataracts are their Money Maker! IF you do go here be Prepared to Pack a Lunch, as they are Always way Overbooked! Don't even Think about Walking thru their Door without First & Foremost Paying your Co-Pay because ALL that matters here is Money! I had cataract surgery in December at this facility. Since then I have been very unhappy regarding my follow-up visits. Today I was so completely and totally dismissed by the ophthalmologist that I saw. I made the appointment because I am concerned about my eyes on a couple of different levels. I took my mother in law to her appointment at this facility today. We have been there once before and were very pleased with our experience. However, today we walked in only to find an elderly couple sitting in the waiting room with a dog on their lap!! Now I'm a huge animal lover, but I don't think dogs should be allowed in a medical facility, especially when sterile procedures are taking place. Now I question the cleanliness of the practice as they allowed the dog to sit on the chairs in the waiting room. I think these people should have been told ...

I would like to share my experience, but this office won’t return my calls. I have tried 2 times, leaving a detailed message each time about the pain I was experiencing. I have been a patient of this practice for years, but I will be looking for a new practice today.
