I was welcomed at the check in desk warmly and professionally. Shortly thereafter I was approached by a young lady who also welcomed me, explained a few things to me and then escorted me upstairs for my procedure. Welcomed once again by a very friendly lady at the surgery check in desk. In just a few short minutes, I was approached by another very nice young lady who escorted me back into the surgical area. She took my blood pressure, checked my pulse and explained what was going to be happening, prep meds, etc. and also who would be seeing me next ...

Can't say enough good things about this place. Dr Zimprich and Dr Terveen have been great to work with on my light adjustable lens cataract surgery, and the surgical team was caring and very good at putting me at ease throughout. Efficient, cheerful, knowledgeable, my experience has been top notch. Keep up the good work!
From checking in both at the lower level and surgery level very smooth and welcoming. My nurse was terrific. Dr Vance reassured I would be well taken care of from start to finish. I have my left eye operated on tomorrow morning. I very much appreciate the care and service.
Omg, priceless! Dr. Ferguson & the Entire team were totally Amazing!!! Friendly, comforting & caring!!! I had truly thought I wouldn't be able to see like I used to. I stopped driving for 3 months because I was afraid I would hurt someone because of my bad vision. It was hard. But All of you gave me the gift of sight back!!! Eternally Thankful!!!!!
