While the eye care is certainly professional, be prepared to wait for an extended amount of time in various waiting rooms throughout your visits. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful although one of the other employees blatantly lied to me at which time I left the clinic. I don't appreciate being lied to and I definitely don't think it's necessary. I had cataract surgery and overall the experience wasn't as bad as expected. But the unbearable amount of time spent in a waiting room and the patronizing employee soured what could have been an awesome ...
Husband liked the doctor, and was able to find a frame. However the girl (sick with mask) who checked us out and does the insurance literally added a more expensive lens material without talking to us. And when I asked about it she got a attitude. Also the reason we left crowder eye care was because she talked us out of glasses we wanted. And had a attitude! Sneaking added costs is not how a business should run! I called VSP immediately and was told all I have is a $10 copay.
Office staff friendly and professional and my appointment was on time. The first technician that tested me never introduced herself, was not very friendly and never explained what she was doing. The Dr. I saw was thorough and friendly. No major complaints but as a former medical technologist, I ALWAYS introduced myself to my patients and smiled and explained the procedure I was about to perform.
Very nice, comfortable, clean office. Dr was thorough and looking forward to going back to purchase my glasses.
