I went through extensive testing and measuring of my eyes, due to cataracts. Then entire staff is friendly and respectful, and committed to putting you at ease. Dr. Allee is very personable, and we chatted at length regarding the surgery and different types of lenses available to me, and what changes I could expect out of the surgery. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’ll admit straightaway that I have white coat syndrome.
My mom went for a retna test. The staff were very nice. They wait for the dr was a very long wait. I had asked how much longer and they said we were 2nd in line, 2 hours later. We were put in a room just to wait another hour. The dr was very nice and explained everything to us. But 4 hours later could be very much improved. This wait is much needed improvement.
The staff were all warm and friendly explained what was being done ( test). Loved Dr Goldman. Very reassuring about what he saw and how he would like to treat my vision. I felt very comfortable with him
Overall everything was great, felt a little rushed at first! But once I stressed that I’ll determine what’s best for me after I discuss it with the Doctor! All the tests were done in a professional manner and once I saw the Dr. and she explained everything, I definitely felt better going forward! I now know a lot regarding my cataracts, and how the surgery will correct it. Thank you all for your help and support!
The staff at Eye Center of Texas are most professional and attentive to detail. I felt that my testing was very thorough. Dr. Allee is an awesome doctor. I completely trusted his advice and I will follow his recommendations without question. I have complete confidence in this eyecare practice.
Everything went smoothly. Front one station to another. However, it would have been nice to know that the appt. would last for 4 + hours. I had to cancel another appt I had scheduled and since I live in Alvin, drive time & appt. tine, I needed to have a friend let my dogs outside. I had to be gone over 5 hours. Had I known the appt would last this last so long I would have made arrangements in advance for what would be needed.
