I was in 10/10 pain and with no appointment at all walked in and they were able to bring me back within a couple of minutes from finishing my paperwork with a lobby of full of patients. It honestly feels disrespectful to the rating integrity to give this place even one star. My sister was referred by the ER and her primary care to this eye care center. She was having a medical emergency and as it says on the website, they are supposed to provide “excellent comprehensive medical and surgical eye care” and that they do “thorough eye exams”. The doctors are great, but the staff at the counters are rude. They don't even acknowledge you when you approach the counter. Abby who sits on side of the counter is the worst. She carries a scowl on her face and has no people skills . I tried to ask for the office manager, but of course, no one asked if they could me. I was late for work
