Outstanding experience! As a 76-year-old, I was incredibly nervous before my first cataract surgery on my left eye on 7/22. However, Dr. Hu made the procedure so smooth and completely painless! By the fourth day, my vision was clear. Because of this amazing experience, I felt totally relaxed for my right eye surgery on 8/4, and by the next afternoon, it was already clear! A huge thank you to Dr. Hu and the entire wonderful staff at the Texas Eye & Laser Center in Hurst for their exceptional care and for restoring my sight so quickly.
Exam was thoughtful. Dr Jabrowski was great. I got great news about my eyes. When I explained why I was in his office he listened very close, told me he had never had a patient with what I was experiencing and made plans to do more testing. My BCBS of TX paid my bill. He really listened and I felt he gave me an honest reply and plan. Everyone in the office was kind and attentive. They were friendly and efficient. It was very good. The experience was very friendly, and the staff were also very enthusiastic. I came from another city, and the surgical experience was perfect.
I went to see what was happening with my eyes...can't see well at night halos that kind of thing. They did several test..everyone i worked with from the front desk to technicians were all very attentive and courteous. There was no pressure to do anything...they were honest and informative about what was happening. They gave me options amd even a plan if I wanted to wait. They gave me pros and cons so I could make an informed decision. They "treat the patient not the problem" is their motto and it's true. They understand this is a big decision and want ...
My mom had a wonderful experience with this facility. Everyone was kind and professional. Everyone made her feel calm and relaxed before her cataract surgery. Dr.Hu is a great doctor along with his staff. She highly recommends this place to get cataract surgery.
