This is my brother who took the lasik eye surgery and I was there with him as his interpreter. We’ve been the clinic for 4 times and each time we felt it very professional, helpful and comfortable. Jerri was an excellent consultant without doubt. Through her patience and high efficiency, we made the appointment for my brother’s surgery the week after the consultation. Edit: the office has since followed up outside of google and expressed how serious they take their timeliness. I have changed my review to 5 stars. My lasik procedure went well. My vision has greatly improved and my recovery went as planned. However, every visit at their Sugar Land office has taken an excessive amount of time. I have always had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. I could maybe understand if it was later in the day but I don’t see how you get this far behind by 10 am.
