Dr. Stewart use to practice in Tennessee where he offered a free touch up for life. That's the reason I chose to use him. Two years later he leaves the state with no notice to his patients. I called the Houstin office today and was told that I no longer have that touch up warranty/guarantee. It definitely feels like I have been conned.
Dr. Stewart used to practice in TN at Tennessee LASIK’s Associates. His lasik came with a guaranteed free touch up as long as you had a yearly eye exam. My mother and I both had our lasik done by him and hers is in need of a touch up. We went to call to schedule only to find out the location had permanently closed and he moved to Houston, TX.
Initial eye appointment for cataract surgery was a pleasant experience. Stress was minimal during the process. Employees were very nice and friendly. Questions were answered and they were informative. Dr Stewart himself was very pleasant. Made me feel comfortable and answered questions about the surgery. Future appointments are scheduled and look forward to seeing again.. further updates as necessary based on appointments.. 2 thumbs up as of now.
Excellent service Excellent service, fast responses, everything was super clean, very nice offices and inviting atmosphere, very professional staff members, cataract package was what we wanted and everything was well explain in English/Spanish and very happy with the customer service overall. Communications are exceptional. My Mother & I are very content :) thank you !!!
