Went last Friday morning the staff is very friendly, but the office was extremely crowded and felt overbooked. I spent so more than 2 hours there it felt like an assembly line. The doctor was nice but only spent about 10 minutes with me. I just didn’t leave with a great feeling compared to other offices I visited. My friend had the same experience a couple Fridays mornings ago - maybe it’s just that day not sure but it didn’t make me feel good about having surgery there. I only give it two stars because at least the staff was very nice
Dr. Ali Mostaghimi provided excellent care for an infection on my lower eye lid which was very uncomfortable. The drops that he prescribed provided immediate relief and healed the infection. He also saw me on short notice which was very much appreciated. My wife had cataract surgery with The Whitsett Vision Group and has been very satisfied. We very much appreciate the excellent care that they have provided our family.
When we entered the facility, we noticed how clean and welcoming the staff were. I signed in and was welcomed by the lady at the front desk. After signing, I mentioned that I knew we were very early and was told that is ok. I was taken in early and the staff member did a few tests before Dr. Jesse McKey came. The young lady was very friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable doing the tests. Dr. Jesse McKey then came in for his exam. I could put in a long list of superlatives to describe the staff, the care, and most notably Dr. Al-Mohtaseb herself, but ultimately as a patient the results speak most boldly for themselves. This is an outstanding facility. I am so very pleased and grateful for Dr. Al-Mohtaseb’s surgical skills and the expertise, support, and advice of Dr.Woon in the adjustment phase of my surgery. I have NEVER had such great vision. Thank you.
I received outstanding care and treatment by the staff who was very professional and their Professionalism was indicative of their professional profession. Dr Cybele Woon was superb and explained my treatment to me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
