In May 2026 Dr. Bradley wrote me a new prescription based on the eye exam done by a tech. I bought new glasses and have had trouble reading. I received a recheck July 2026, by Dr. Siez. He did an exam and wrote me a new prescription as Dr. Bradley had given me the wrong prescription, way stronger than needed. As I told Dr. Siez about how I was seeing, he's answers were arrogant. The staff and physicians at WTEA are all friendly and thorough. Their operation is very efficient from check in to check out. The longest I ever waited for a doctor is not even 15 minutes from when the technician finishes updating my chart. The testing is very thorough and I highly recommend them for eye care.

The doctor, nurses and staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I had never been to an Ophthalmology clinic, but the folks here calmed my nerves quickly and efficiently. The check-in kiosk is quite a time saver. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

My experience at West Texas Eye Associates was very positive! I have seen two different doctors there and they were both very nice and informative about my eye issues. The check in process was very fast due to it being digital. The office is very big and had lots of people in the waiting room, but the wait time was short due to the number of doctors and technicians available and to their scheduling process.

Very thorough exams and treatments. Got me in, in a couple hours when I had a micro-bleed and took care of it immediately. Very friendly and treaty me as a real person, not just a number.
