Staff was accommodating in re-scheduling my appointment to meet my needs, very courteous and efficient when performing tests prior to my meeting w/ Dr. Reisner, and the exam itself was thorough, informative, and not rushed. I feel/know Dr. Reisner and staff are truly investing in my eye/healthcare in a welcome way. May God continue to bless the work of their collectibe hands.
Alexandria Location: Dr. Boutros was personable, professional, and thorough throughout my visit. He took the time to conduct a comprehensive eye examination while ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I greatly appreciated the quality of care I received.
The doctor was very professional and kind. However, the lady at the front desk was somewhat rude. When I arrived, she was already arguing with another patient, and she spoke to me in the same tone. She did not smile or greet me warmly, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming.
The staff was gracious and most efficient. Elsbeth , the technician, was highly skilled, supportive, and accommodating. Dr. Butros is the best. Go to the Eye Center for optimum optical health.
The Alexandria Eye Center has been my best ever experience with any medical office in the DC area. I have been a patient there for over a decade and I absolutely recommend them highly to anyone needing vision care of any kind. The staff is amazing!
