I have been a patient of Dr Brooks for 20 years. I would highly recommend him and the practice. Dr Brooks takes his time and explains everything to you. He is a skilled surgeon as well. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You get excellent care. Definitely deserving of Five stars.
We switched to Richmond Eye Associates 2023 after our long time opthomologist retired. They are organized and are pretty good about being on time for appointments. My wife just had cataract surgery and the results so far are outstanding. We see Dr. Green every 6 months he is very experienced and knowledgeable. The whole group is very friendly and helpful.
We have had wonderful treatment with Dr Bryan Brooks. the practice is easy to get to, with very little wait time. Especially, Maxine at the front desk had been very helpful in a number of instances. It is a pleasure to visit the office.
Dr. Holley is very knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and all-around nice. The office is well-run and I basically didn't have to wait. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else; I've been a patient for about 20 years.
Dr Brooks, I think, is one of the best in the business. He is very personable and don’t mind taking time to explain things. Everyone in the office from check in, to check out are very professional and kind. The girl in the optical shop couldn’t be nicer and friendlier. I purchase my glasses from the optical shop there also and have always gotten good service.
Richmond Eye Associates is clearly very well organized. Automated reminders are sent to help you remember your appointment. When you arrive at the office, you are greeted promptly. You are taken to a room at or before your scheduled appointment time. All the staff and physicians are very pleasant and courteous. The office has the latest technology to ensure that your exam is thorough. Caroline is knowledgeable, efficient, and very caring! She explains everything in easy-to-understand terms. I highly recommend Richmond Eye Associates!
