I called to schedule an appointment for an urgent retinal issue. They rejected me because my Molina health coverage begins in 5 days, even though the earliest available appointment is in September. I requested to come in as self-pay, and they again rejected me.
DR. PHAM is our provider. Personable and a highly capable eye doctor for decades. Highly recommended.
Impossible to get ahold of anyone to confirm an appointment. Will send confirmations for some appointments only. Cancelled appointment days prior after collecting payment. Just not impressed so far.
I have cataract surgery on both eyes, as well as YAG laser CAPSULOTOMY. Dr. Patel and his team are professional and experienced. They did an excellent job. I can see better than ever. A great place for my eye health. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Eye.
The people at this place are very aggressive. I was trying to snap some pictures of frames I liked but the salespeople didn't like it and accused me of taking pictures of them. Then I waited in line to make an appointment but they just stood there glaring at me instead of helping the receptionist, 4people in line. I decided I didn't want to shop there anymore and left.
