Milw Eyecare in Brookfield was very thorough and friendly. I was referred to them by my primary eye doctor to be tested for glaucoma. The technician was great & the eye doctor was very informative & patient. He explained things to where I understood what he was talking about. Receptionists, assistants and the doctor were all very professional and friendly. I was never rushed and was allowed ample time to ask questions during my eye exam.
The medical assistant staff and the doctor (Sward) were good. The administrative staff were between bad and terrible. They called at all hours of the morning and never asked if I was busy. They'd call and change appointment times and be upset when I didn't agree to the change on short notice. One woman demanded that I call their office back at a particular time.
