Went here last year and the whole experience was very “off.” The eye doctor really only came in the last minute after the technician tried to figure it out. My prescription was completely wrong this whole year. Im not sure if it was just an off day or what, but I still think about it especially after going to a place where the eye doctor spent the whole appointment with me.
Dr. Kelsey McCluskey at Alabama Vision Center was amazing! After an accident with my contact lens solution, I was treated with empathy and urgency from the very first phone call. Dr. McCluskey and the entire team were kind, attentive, and played an essential role in my recovery. I felt truly cared for and am very grateful for their excellent and compassionate care.
If you want eye trouble forever, and no help from those doctors, then that’s the place to go. Had trouble with my left eye from day one. Called and got…It will get better. Nope, it has gotten worse. Been to another clinic and tried to help, still in constant agitation. Now I will go to another doctor, and try to get this thing out of my eye. The lens has never been right. I had it done April, 2024, and I am still in agony. If you have problems with your lenses after the doctors there are through, you won’t get any help or satisfaction. Good luck.
I have been seen at Alabama Vision Center for about 24 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Use to see Dr Kloess till he retired. He also treated my husband who was a diabetic. He is a wonderful Dr and a man. I am seeing Dr Max now, I really like him. He seems very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with his care. Can’t say enough nice things about the office staff. They are all very nice and very helpful. Thank you for seeing me and taking care of my vision.
The staff was so caring that I was at ease almost immediately. They are professional as well as kind & caring. Dr Bartlett was professional - he explained his reasons for procedures and not performing the procedure for which I was referred. He was very personable, and he also made sure I understood the plan of care. When I left the clinic I was at ease about moving forward with the care provided by the clinic Alabama Vision Center is the best!
