Dr. Randall is a great eye doctor. His staff is thorough and very competent. They see you on time, I have never waited over 5 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The doctor takes as much time as you need and answers all your questions. I would absolutely recommend him if you needed a great eye doctor.
I appreciate the excellent care I have received over the years from Dr Smith and his staff. From the surgeries to the yearly exams I’m always treated like family. The friendly attitudes and gentle manner and quality service calm any worries I might have.
Staff were prompt to get me and my family seen at our scheduled time. They explained what they were about to do prior to doing it. At the ending of my appointment, they clearly expressed what the next steps would be. The one disappointment I had today was Rachel, one of the front desk staff members, was not there. Usually, we would crack jokes and laugh, but her colleagues did a good job picking up the slack. LOL!
I had the best experience here for my cataract surgery!! I was really afraid and nervous to have the surgery done at all!!! Each concern that I had was addressed professionally!!! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility for the service that is offered. I will have my other cataract done next week!!!! I am no longer afraid!!!😄 Thank you Dr. Randall Smith!!!
Ophthalmology Associates are always friendly and you never have to wait very long after checking in before they take you back. The Assistance are always willing to answer any questions I have and go above and beyond. I love the way Dr Smith explains everything as he is examining your eyes and spends as much time as needed to answer any questions
