What a Godsend!! Between them and my personal eye doctor, they were amazing!! Took great care of me and gave me piece of mind! Very supportive and informative! Calmed my nerves for sure! I’ll be back in a few weeks! Thank you, to the entire staff!
Called for a same day appointment to have metal removed from my eye, front desk was very nice and accommodating. I saw doctor Kathleen Vize she was excellent quickly found and removed the object from my eye and did everything to make me comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Ramsey is the best and has some great people in the office! Vanessa is very friendly and goes above and beyond! Kyle is a gentle giant, very kind and patient. I have not been receiving good customer service anywhere, so thank you all reminding that it still exists.
In the past month I have had two laser surgeries for secondary cataracts and one follow-up visit. I am very pleased with the result of the surgeries and the follow-up exam showed that they went well. I have always received very professional and excellent service from Swagel Wootton and will continue to go there.
Everyone is always kind and welcoming. The milieu here is always peaceful and calming! Dr Brozek was very professional and explained the procedure I’m going to have. He answered my questions and I never felt rushed! Love the coffee machine too!
