Bliss Eye Associates

I was at Bliss Eye Center today, checking in and asking lots of questions about an eye surgery that I need for Cataracts. I found the staff both friendly and attentive and was encouraged further talking to the doctor about the probable surgery. Must say I’m a little nervous about this as I know someone else who went through the surgery elsewhere and did not have a good result. Being new to Sacramento, I was looking for a new eye care practice and my first visit to Bliss Eye Associates was an extremely positive one. The staff are friendly and efficient and my exam was thorough and I particularly appreciated the significant amount of time that was spent with me going through my results. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone with both simple or more complex eye care needs.

Dr. Schaeffele and the entire staff that I had contact with at Bliss Eye Associates were incredibly thorough during my first eye examination. I had the best experiences with Bliss Eye Associates. The staff is very caring and professional ! They are right on time with appointments and if you have to wait it's not more than 5 or 10 minutes. Dr K is the best, very thorough, focused on your case and concerns I may have had . Answered all questions and made sure I was satisfied and understood. A year ago I had cataract surgery, Dr K helped me choose the perfect lenses and I have enjoyed 20/20 vision ever since. He was also responsible for eliminating one of my daily drops for glaucoma I am 70 years old and wish I had met Dr K years ago.
