Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. The overall flow and efficiency could be significantly improved. I waited approximately: * 1 hour for intake * 1.5 hours before imaging/testing * Another 30 minutes for additional photos/testing * An additional 15 minutes to see the provider In total, I spent several hours in the office, much of it waiting between steps. Large office with tons of patients. Slow process but it all makes sense and they are very thorough. Quality care.

I Definitely Like This Very Spacious Eye Center. Yup They Do Their Best Get You In & Out Fast As Possible. Oh The Staff Here Are Very Professional And Kind. I Actually Might Come Here After A Hectic Bus Ride Tired And Stressed Out. Oh Yeah But They Make Me Feel Better And Make My Day Much Better. Yup My Doctor Is Great, He Always Makes Me Feel Safe And Informed Of Everything I Need To Know About Protecting My Precious Vision. I Seriously Recommend This Eye Center 💯.

The receptionist deserves an award for making me feel like I personally inconvenienced her by existing. But besides HER, everything went by fast and everyone else was nice:D

Outstanding staff in every role front desk, preliminary testing, escorts to the waiting room for electronic views of eyes, escorts to next waiting area for the physician to review test results and discuss your options or concerns. My followup appointment was scheduled for my convenience. Before I left the building, I was handed a card with details. Excellent teamwork. No rushing people through.
