From the moment you walk up the stairs, you're warmly greeted and immediately offered a cup of coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They have a great selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses to choose from. We love the entire team, but Caroline consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a wonderful experience. Her exceptional customer service and attention to detail keep us coming back.
Only place I go and would recommend. Experience from start to finish wash so refreshing. Friendly greeting and got whisked away by Brenda to get my general check up started. She was a ray a sunshine but thorough. Also explained everything that we were doing but didn't feel like I was being talked down to but more walked through. Dr. Ordonez then was able to get to the route of my concern right away and again, explained gently what could probably been slightly embarrassing if I had misheard her. Esmeralda saved my weekend in San Diego! I am in from FLA and forgot to pack enough contacts which I did not realize until late on a Friday. I explained this to Esmeralda who said “do not worry, we’ve got you” and stayed a few minutes past close on a Friday to make sure I got a pack of contacts to tide me over. I am so thankful for this office and their “patient first” approach!
I moved to Bankers Hill last year, and I have been very pleased to find a wonderful optometry company right here in the neighborhood. Every aspect of my experience here has been great, and the staff is both super friendly and thorough.
I've been going here for years and I love it but today was my kids first time going. My daughter gets apprehensive and the assist put her as ease and made her very comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional.
