I have been going to Dr. Burns since the late 1990s. He is a Real Human Being who shows care and concern for his patients. He first helped me with vision changes and eyeglasses, then later, with cataract surgery for one eye, then the other, allowing me to read without glasses! I have dry eyes, and he has provided punctal plugs to help with this. No matter what he does, he explains things clearly, never rushes, always listens carefully to my concerns and questions.
