I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Hyver. My husband scheduled his LASIK pre-op over a month ago, took time off work, and paid for a round-trip Uber expecting his eyes would be dilated. Only when he arrived was he told that Dr. Hyver is retiring in a few days and that his surgery would be handled by an unknown doctor.
