Received EVO ICL from Dr. Ling in January and almost 5 months later, everything is going well so far. From the pre-consultations and eye appts, to the actual procedure day and follow up appointments, the staff and doctors have all been great, knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. Dr. Vuong is super friendly and makes coming back to San Jose (from Oakland) less of a chore.

If you are thinking about having your vision corrected, this is the only place you should go. Everyone in this office is kind, patient, informative and professional. It’s a beautiful comfortable environment. I had the lens replacement surgery and everyone there was so great and it helped make the fear of an eye surgery seem easy! I just had my second surgery with Dr Bindi and it was great! I had my husband record the entire thing and was able to show my kids all the steps. 🤣. I underwent a Refractive Lens Exchange procedure at Laser Eye Center East Bay.During the surgery, I heard an error code on the machine. When I asked about it, I was reassured that it was nothing to be concerned about. One week after the procedure, I raised concerns to Dr. Bindi about blurry vision in the treated eye and again asked about the error code.
