Very professional, Craig the eye assistant was so respectful and very attentive, I'm disabled and he held the chair everytime I needed to sit down, he was very thorough about what he was doing and what the cataracts were all about and how well I was gonna feel once I got the surgery, he went into light details for me about how I would be able to see better. Dr. Lally is a phenomenal doctor and eye surgeon. She’s so knowledgeable, thorough, and has a heart of gold. Her staff are all so caring and helpful with everything from billing, scheduling, answering all questions, and providing resources to help my dad understand post and pre-op information. Her office even has a handout with pictures of the various eye drops and a schedule of when and which to drop in his eyes before and after surgery! I can’t even express how impressed I am with this team!

We are new to Dr. Lally’s office, it’s an efficient and friendly office. Craig is doing an awesome job; he is patient and so thorough with all procedures. So far our experience is great. My dad is being seen for cataract and Dr. Lally’s is an expert in that field.

Went for a glaucoma assessment. Craig did my imaging and was extremely polite and very informative explaining everything. Dr Lally was professional, articulate, genuine and great bedside manner. Couldn’t ask for more from a doctor.
