Excellent eye doctors. Very helpful and friendly staff. I first thought the staff may be unfriendly because of the way they communicate by emails without mentioning any names but in reality they’re quite good. Dr. Kaur was the Opthalmologist I met. She was amazing. Highly recommended.

NOT GOOD! Went in for an eye exam and new glasses. They have lots of fancy-looking equipment and devices--never seen so many before. (Note: Fancy equipment does not equate with good care.) I was pushed into scheduling cataract surgery a week later, but the front office is so disorganized and communication is so poor that I cancelled. I'm glad I didn't go through with it. In 2018, Dr. Tandon once told me that if I couldn’t keep my eyes open (she was literally prodding at my eye with some device), then I wouldn’t be able to get LASIK. I ran out of there quickly and never went back. I didn’t have this same experience at Dr. Mandel’s. He’s very conceited, but there was no prodding or blaming me. Got LASIK through him and all is good.

Got prescription glasses with the wrong type of lenses from here, and had a pretty frustrating phone call with the clinic. To be honest it is just a small mistake on their part and I was just looking to drop it off and have the correct lenses installed. However, the staff kept spinning stories why that happened: my card declined, then they told me apparently I requested another type of lenses. I've been coming to see Dr. Tandon for the last few years and have been very happy with all the help she and her team have given me. I always get reminders for apts ahead of time, and when glasses or contacts were ready to pick up. After my recent lasik, Dr. Tandon has been great about following up to make sure the recovery is going well. I'm glad i found this office when i was looking for a new eye doctor 5 years ago. Edit 1 year after surgery: my vision has been very stable, and Dr. Tandon has been great with the follow up appointments.
