I waited a little while to write this review because I wanted to put the advice I was given into practice and see if it made a difference. I'm happy to report it did! I found this office through my insurance to remove a small cyst from my tear duct. While scheduling was easy and the facility is nice, the actual experience felt optimized for their profit rather than my care. I feel like they completely lost sight of the main reason for my visit. The Issues: Lack of Consent for Testing Before seeing the doctor, a tech administered pressure and glaucoma tests without my prior knowledge or consent. Super awesome Doctors of Optometry and clinical/technical staff. I have been going to Centennial Eye & Cosmetic Associates for about 10 + years. I have only ever had fantastic service and care. I have had some significant eye issues arise, and the doctors and staff have had the expertise and knowledge to handle all of them. I feel that I am in very capable hands with really friendly doctors and staff. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

This was hands down the most positive appointment I’ve ever had at the eye doctor. On the initial phone call to schedule a medical eye exam, Alex was incredibly kind, empathetic, and responsive. She helped me schedule a prompt appointment and was very patient with the insurance process. It was awhile since I got an eye exam. My doctor was DR. Van meter during the exam he was going so fast I didn’t even have time to react I would tell him to slow down but he didn’t and he also brought a women who seemed like she was training to be a eye doctor and he wouldn’t stop flirting with her. He was more focused on talking to her than my exam and he didn’t check my stigmatism so he got my prescription wrong the first time.
