Terrible. Poor medical care and Lack of good communication. Dr. Satija did not explain what type of glaucoma I had, and it was not listed correctly on my records (I found out later after going to a different doctor). I also received a prescription for new glasses during the year that I was with the practice. The prescription was incorrect, and I complained multiple times to Dr. Satija, and to the Optomitrist. I came to Colorado eye consultants in 2023 for a second opinion on eye pain I was having only at the end of the day and told them it was an intense burning. They prescribed drops and put in a tear duct plug. I also told them I have narrow angles and had a iridtotomy to prevent glaucoma. I continued to tell Dr Satija my pain wasn’t improving but she kept ensuring me it’s just dry eye. I recently had the Epi-On Cross-Linking procedure performed here as a participant in the PXL-Platinum 330 System Study being done by Doctor Lance S. Forstot. The procedure went very smoothly, recovery is going as expected, and so far I am very pleased. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I have a couple points of criticism. I really like Dr Fish, but a whole hour for an appointment is crazy. I waited for 30 miss with no contact. I had to check to make sure thet didn't forget me.
