The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I appreciate the professionalism and transparency. I am excited to be a patient of Dr Pennington and look forward to my lasik repairs and years of excellent vision i would definitely recommend this office to everyone!
The appointment went great! After that they ghosted me. I was unable to order contacts through them and do not have a copy of my prescription. I have tried calling 3 times over several weeks and have had no answer or returned calls. I will not be returning next year.
I saw Dr Pennington for an evaluation for cataracts and MD. He was thorough, easy to understand and informative. Office staff is wonderful and terrifically helpful. Great office!
