Dr Coco worked me in on a Friday. I am from Indiana and was visiting with friends, when my eye became infected. I went to the emergency room in Frisco, where the emergency room physician called Dr. Coco for me to be seen In his office. He confirmed the diagnosis and ordered the correct medication‘s and also found me a pharmacy in Denver that supplied them. I was able to make my 2 PM flight back to Indiana that day. Excellent care!
I only write bad reviews when I have absolutely given them every opportunity to improve the situation. With that said, I AM DONE WITH THIS PRACTICE. ALL THE WAY DONE. This is why: 1. 2023 - First visited with Dr. Lau was fantastic. I like her a lot. Appointment time was only 5-10 minutes behind. That's okay. I was a patient of this practice for decades, dating back to the 1990s, originally under Dr. Hines and Dr. Cushing. I received excellent care for many years, including very successful laser treatment, and this office was widely trusted by professional athletes and long-term Denver patients alike. Edit to update. Just spent $200 to fill the script for glasses and it's the wrong script! It is so far off they completely distort my entire vision make me dizzy, instant headache, almost vomit so blurry I can't see anything at all. Do not schedule here it is so bad! The Dr I seen was absolutely amazing. However their office staff is extremely frustrating. Very rude receptionist , came for appointment the clinic door was closed at 1:05 pm Wednesday 3/25/26 the sign on the door says they’ll be back at 12:45 pm I asked the receptionist who refused to give me her name who’s wearing a black jumpsuit about the delay and she started shouting and bumbling back in a very rude way that’s not fit to be said in any business yet alone in a doctor’s office .
