Dr Kucha and Jessie were absolutely amazing. I had a last minute eye issue just before an important business trip and their teamwork and empathy gave me great confidence. I’m sitting on the plane about to depart and am looking and feeling so much better. Can’t thank you enough!
Every experience I’ve had here has been great. My mom recommended Dr. Caroline to me, and I couldn’t be happier with her care. All the staff is so kind. The opticians are especially helpful and came to my immediate rescue when I broke my glasses and needed a new pair in a short timeline. They have a great selection of glasses, too. I highly recommend Lakefront Eye Care.
I’ve only been to this optometrist twice, but I’m very pleased. My first experience was two years ago and she was great and explained a lot of things to me. I had to go back today for a semi emergency and they squeezed me in and we’re super caring and nice and answered all my questions and we’re very helpful.
Got new glasses here about a year ago. They’ve since fallen apart countless times since. The lenses are clearly cut too big and are forcibly popping themselves out of the frame. I’m thankful I haven’t lost the screws yet. I’ve never had this happen with glasses and won’t be returning here in the future.
I chose this practice because they're in-network and not far from where I live, and I am SO glad I did! Every single person I've spoken to at this office has been kind, welcoming, and patient with my questions. Dr. Kucha has been wonderful in helping me find the right type of contact lenses and Karely was absolutely wonderful in teaching me how to insert, remove, and care for contacts. I highly recommend Lakefront and am confident that you can't go wrong with who you see there because I've had a great experience with each team member I've spoken to.
