We arrived at couple of minutes late because parking was so hard to find, at 1:45 for a 1:40 appt. The person I accompanied was finally called back to surgery at 2:30. At 3:00 I had to move my car out of the 2 hour parking. At 4:30 I asked how my friend was and they said they were just taken back to surgery. I was referred to Omni Eye by my optometrist after one year of worsening symptoms despite attempts to manage with the help of my optometrist. I felt understood, from my first appointment. The provider understood my symptoms not just as a doctor but also as a patient. I felt seen. The prescription achieved results quickly. I am so happy that I came to Omni Eye. I had lasik eye surgery done by Dr. Wang in February of 2024 and WOW my vision this year is better than last year. I meet with Dr. Rimer, annually, for my comprehensive exam. I started this appointment with Trea, and he got me right back and started the exam with such enthusiasm. He was polite, kind and did the exam efficiently. This was a nightmare experience from the moment coming to the front desk. The receptionist was absolutely rude and clueless! To speak to an 80 year old the way she did was unacceptable. No one was at the desk when we arrived and then she was told to reschedule her appointment because she was late (which she wasn’t…. The desk was uncovered for at least 15 minutes when we arrived). Excellent friendliness cooperation from the time I entered the door to the time I left The assistant was thorough, and his examination answered all of my questions was friendly and humorous through the whole exam Dr. Wong was very patient answered all of my questions. Overall happy with my experience getting an eye exam here yesterday; friendly and professional staff, nice facilities and thorough exam. Cost of a refraction (to ascertain my prescription) was a bit high, But still a good place for a medical eye exam.The doctor was thorough and helpful in answering my questions and provided good perspective on my eye health.
