This place is just awesome! The staff is super friendly and helpful, its a gorgeous facility and they offer top quality products. I'm a repeat customer and will continue gping back time after time. I Always receive excellent care. I’ve had trouble in the past with my difficult prescription but dr Schaeffer always gets it and I no longer have the need to send them back for corrections. She gets it perfectly every time. Then the desk…all very good employees and little to no turnover. I love seeing the same people there year after year. They know me well and know what I like and they help me update my look while staying in my comfort zone. I can see well and get complements constantly on my look. Win win!
Dr Schaefer is by far the best optometrist my husband and I have ever had. She is very thorough and takes her time for the examinations. She is very knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to share information with you. Besides her professional manner she is also very pleasant and fun to visit. We have been with Dr Schaefer for many years and we highly recommend her! Also want to say that Christopher has been very helpful and friendly with selecting our glasses.
All the staff was kind and friendly and Chris helped me out to get the best pair of glasses I ever owned . Also doctor was professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!
Ashley and the crew were SO helpful and friendly. Got me right in and sorted without an appointment. You guys literally saved my vacation in Colorado from becoming a total disaster.
