I have been going to The Eye Center of Northern Colorado since the 80s, and they’ve always been great. Yesterday, they went up a notch when I had an appointment with Dr Marske. He and Liam were amazing! Extremely thorough and they never seemed in a rush. My prescription was tweaked just a little bit, but it made a huge difference in how well I could see; incredible!
Glad to hear that the Eye Center of NO CO accepts vision plans again. I’m sure other patients feel the same way. Byron was very helpful and worked out a great glasses deal for me. Hope to see him again when I pick up my new pair.
This is the only good location. They are very insensitive and just brush you off at the other ECNC locations. I think the doctors forget they’re dealing with humans not numbers…. Anyway the Prospect location is a good place, sometimes it’s hard to get a call back. Dr. Santeli was great and kind, she’s since left the office.
Given The entire staff has new software, that is having to adapt to a new improvement, I would commend them for good Customer service and willingness to make conversation. First point of public contact was Linda; she really looked after me. I have no complaints from the front desk all the way back to the nurse, the doctor, and back to Linda. My eye health is vital for my well being, as is for most. The team at the Prospect office of the Eye Center of Northern Colorado are excellent from the second you enter. They took the time to understand my vision needs and were able to provide the exact care to accommodate me. They are very accomplished professionals of whom I trust and recommend!!
The reason for the poor review is having to wait ages for Dr. Randall Smith; I had 30 minutes of testing and then 60 minutes of waiting (with no updates, or check in by staff during this time) and 30 minutes of actually being seen by the physician. By the time I left the lobby and waiting areas had completely cleared out, most of the staff had gone home and the office had closed earlier, at 5p.
