It has been quite the experience since my surgery and the follow-up appointments. I was informed at all times what would be going on and what to expect. There were no surprises with my care. I can honestly say that not only Dr. Ryburn, but his entire staff and all of the personnel at the Loveland Surgery Center were remarkable. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryburn.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cullen’s office. I only spent about five minutes in the waiting room before I was called back for an eye exam. At that time they checked on me while I was waiting for some test to see if I needed a drink or snacks. I did not need anything so I told them thank you. I moved onto several tests and that was pretty quick. I then was led to the exam room where I waited a very short time. Again, they checked on me and apologize for the delay and offered me drinks and snacks. After the exam, they decided to dilate my eyes ...
The staff was very friendly, they even helped us with directions on how to get there and how to get back to the highway home. The doctor was very thorough and professional. I felt completely at ease, knowing that he would do an excellent job.
Very comfortable experience, staff was very friendly! Atmosphere was real relaxing, they offer drinks & snacks, ( the best Peanut Butter cookies I've ever had) ! Daymie, Assistant ( spelling maybe wrong) was awesome ! She gets you through all the eye tests fast and accurately ! Cullen Ryburn was very informative & friendly, answered all questions with detail. I would highly recommend Vance Thompson Vision to anyone needing eye care.
Great people there. They really take an interest in their patients and provide unusually good customer service above medically related issues. Dr. Rayburn spent real time with me and explained all my options for fixing what was done to my eyes at another location. Plus he even took time to talk about fly fishing. He's really sincere. I strongly recommend him and his staff.
