Worst experience ever here! DO NOT COME HERE. First of all, I made and CONFIRMED an appointment here 3 weeks ago. I came in at 2:45pm for my 3pm appointment. The Indian lady who was in the front desk had an attitude from the moment my father and I walked in. She rolled her eyes and said “you don’t have an appointment because we don’t do same day appointments”. I never told her I made the appointment the same day. I even showed her the confirmation text and email and she just stared at me with a straight face. I’ve been in customer service and have worked ...

This place is a disaster. Shame they even have a license to operate. I was there this week for a follow up after a cataract surgery and I waited 3.5 hours. Finally gave up and left. There was only ONE doctor to take care of patients located in 3 large waiting rooms. Those rooms were packed. And ONLY ONE DOCTOR for everybody. When I asked who the manager was, I was told that managers work from home and that I had to call a call center to leave a message. What a disaster!

Terrible place. The staff are incredibly rude - it honestly feels like they intentionally hire the rudest people. I spent three hours there, waiting in one line after another, only for my actual appointment with the doctor to last no more than three minutes. The doctor didn't even give me a chance to ask the questions I had before sending me on my way. While I was waiting, I witnessed three separate arguments between patients and the staff because people had been waiting for two or even three hours, and the staff responded very rudely. Terrible!!! My mother had an appointment at 10:15 am. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Then they couldn’t find her paperwork. Then having to wait for over an hour they tell us they had to dilate her eyes that would be another half hour. The front lady was rude. The staff did not even apologize for the wait. They actually told my mother that she looked a little anxious while she was waiting. I do not recommend this office at all.

I have an appointment with this facility in June. After reading the reviews I will not be going. I always look at the reviews before I go somewhere. Its hard finding a reputable Dr. these days that accepts your insurance. This Eye Dr. facility has too many negative reviews. Especially the one about Dr. Newman who is the Dr. I have / had an appointment with. It's funny how you can't post without 1 star...

They have gotten very efficient. It used to be difficult getting appointments or people to speak to there, but they seem to have employed new staff and improved customer service greatly. Also there was a time you felt that if you did not speak Spanish, your patronage was no welcome. Now I find it easier to communicate with staff in English so the company has become more inclusive👏.
