I had a schedule 9 AM appointment to pick up my glasses a gentleman who had no appointment gesture to optometrist who took him in as I checked to see when my appointment was. Worse Experience Ever My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 AM, but when I arrived, I found out that seven other patients were scheduled for the exact same time. What is the point of making an appointment if everyone is given the same time slot? This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Dr. Tavakkoli is an excellent and caring physician. A few years ago, upon the retirement of my prior doctor I started going to Dr. T and have been most pleased with his care. From having glaucoma, to check ups, to cataract surgery, he has been most professional and caring. I had an appointment just yesterday and I was seen within five minutes of the time of my appointment, which is also a big plus.
