Eye Associates of North Florida

I had a great experience with really nice custom service. Every single person I interacted with was great. My doctor remember me from one meeting one year ago which may seem simple but to me it was personal. To be remembered acknowledged and cared for by someone who really cares is very important to me. I cannot think I associates of the North Florida enough.

My first appointment with the eye center was flawless. Everyone was kind, patient and professional. The Wait time was minimal. Maybe 5 minutes. The receptionist s was very thorough and helpful. C. J.Made me feel at ease. She was Kind, friendly thorough and very professional. Dr. Weaver was also very nice. He was direct and to the point. No fluff, which I liked. . Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face. Thank you to all the staff. I look forward to my next visit.😀

After my Chalazion (similar to a stye) removal surgery, the two techs helping Dr.Louie did not provide any discharge paperwork for instructions on next steps and how to care for my eye post surgery. When I asked the techs "when can I start using things in my eye again, such as mascara?" she responded "tomorrow" and that was the only post surgery instructions I received. Not only is the staff friendly, but so is Dr. strickland. Not only was she friendly, but I felt so at ease with her while we were talking and discussing during my appointment. And the wait time is amazing. They honestly treat you like Family there and that is Something that I truly appreciate

I thought long and hard, slept and prayed before choosing to leave this review. In April we were referred to this establishment by urgent care for what we thought to be a stye over our daughter's eye. Urgent care stated it may have been something other than a stye because it was a hard ball that moved around. At the first appointment not much was done (which was understandable) it was a consultation for scheduling surgery to have it removed. We were given suggestions of what to do in the meantime. The doctor and other staff were very kind, informative, and thorough. The facility in Quincy could use some updates, but the people were what made the experience great. I look forward to continuing my eye care with them!
