They seem just as excited for you that you see for yourself. The day of the ensure you’re relaxed through the whole process. They even offer a neck and shoulder massage before your procedure to further ensure you’re relaxed. The actual procedure itself doesn’t take long at all. I have had issues with the billing department since I had the cataract surgery. I finally got Kimberly and after several months she helped me within one called me personally to make sure I received a phone call back and my billing records. After she provided me with the information i needed the same day and I was able to call her the next day to pay the remainder of my billing records. After months of trying to get this resolved she has it done in two days! Excellent service and 1,0000 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Kimberly!!!
I had a great experience with Indiana LASIK! Everyone was very friendly and helped a lot to ease my nerves before the procedure. At 3 days post-surgery, I'm feeling great, my vision is perfect, and any discomfort and haziness in my vision is almost completely gone. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering LASIK.
Very nice staff; efficient care with kindness. Only recommendation would be to have each staff member introduce themselves with their names. The doctor did so much appreciated. Thanks for the great care especially from Dr Coleman!!
LASIK done right, it’s the day after and my eyes are doing good and I have 20/20 vision! It was a quick surgery and highly recommend going with Indiana LASIK compared to any other option. It was quite expensive but you don’t want to mess around with your vision.
