The staff is amazing! They explained everything in detail that would be happening. They hands down made the whole experience go very smooth and relaxing. Dr Greenburg was super nice and personable and if I was at all nervous he took care of that and made sure I was comfortable. The results were phenomenal!! I couldn't be happier. I had my LASIK procedure done today! The whole experience from the consultation to now has been perfect. Everyone was thorough and friendly which kept me informed and comfortable through the process. It's a bit scary at first but they get it done quickly and the stress balls really come in clutch. After resting today, my vision is already exceptionally clear and I'm excited for this new chapter after having relied on glasses and contacts for 18 years.
While the process was streamlined and the staff all very friendly and knowledgeable, I am about one year post Lasik and still require glasses to drive. I paid extra for the Contoura procedure in hopes to get my vision as clear as possible. Contoura was advertised as the best way to achieve perfect vision with "many people even achieving 15/20" vision. While I understand there is no way to guarantee 15/20 vision, I was at least hoping to not have still rely on glasses every day.
