Envision has a very friendly team across the board. They are respectful, responsive to email questions, and the office is well kept and very clean. The eye exams are comprehensive and they've answered any and all questions I have. I purchase my contacts through their portal as well, which ended up being slightly cheaper than 1-800-contacts after rebates & insurance. They also offer glasses adjustments to help improve the fit of my glasses, which I bought elsewhere, as a complimentary service. I would recommend Envision
I had my first visit today at Envision. Every person I encountered was kind, professional and efficient. Dr. Garlich is very knowledgeable and thorough. She took time to explain her findings and answered all my questions. Going to Envision was certainly well worth my ride from central Mass.
Dr. Garlich is knowledgeable on new medical innovations to improve eye health for her patients. I am beyond grateful that she is my provider. I know I’m in good hands. She gives me treatment options with pros / cons and lets me decide. As a medical provider, I couldn’t ask for a more kind and caring doctor. Thank you for improving my eye health.
It had been a few years since my last eye exam here and I was asking myself if I really needed to keep going to this doctor in the city when there are lots of eye doctors in MetroWest (I live in Acton). A great experience! I’ve been suffering from dry eye and MGD for about a year, but the team at Envision finally got to the bottom of it and came up with a treatment plan. Dr. Garlich took the time to answer questions and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy I got the referral to Envision!
