I've been a patient at OCB with Dr. Hung for over 10 years as part of my diabetic care. From the moment I get off the elevator, the service is superb. The intake staff is courteous, the tech that brings you into the exam room is courteous and professional. Dr. Hung is amazing. He takes the time to explain everything. When a coworker was looking for an Ophthalmologist, I referred Dr. Hung. She has also been a patient for years now. All in all, OCB deliver excellent care with kindness. Dr. Hung is really great!
I had to get day-of laser eye surgery to fix a torn retina. I saw Dr. Paul and Dr. Witkin. They were both very nice and helpful and fully explained the whole process. They were able to fit me in end of day after I got referred (within an hour or two of referral). The other staff were also very nice and helpful. It was greatly appreciated!
Dr.Imber and her associate treated me with so much professionalism & courtesy that I will gladly recommend these two women to anyone that is having issues with their eyes!! Trust me when I tell you I've seen many eye doctors before and Dr.Imber & her associate are the only ones I'll ever go to again, cause they simply are the best at what they do & I'd love to see them both promoted!!! ♥️
My recent annual checkup was both professional and pleasant at every step of the way (except missing the T and a little too long wait times). I want to especially compliment Dr. Yang for his conscientious and kind care for quite a few years now. Kudos to the staff too.
I was initially a patient of Dr Cleary's have been a patient of Dr Heier's for several years. They both saved my sight collaborating on an emergency retinal detachment and subsequent surgeries. Adding the professional and courteous staff, I would highly recommend OCB!
Covid 19 precautions are by the book. Everyone is "on board" and up to date on vaccinations. I felt confident and safe.
