Hill Dental is the best. The staff is amazing & knowledgeable about my needs. My only complaint is the younger receptionist isn’t very friendly. She doesn’t smile & she very dry when checking in. Dr Blankenship did a fantastic job with my 2 sons who had their first full eye exam and he explained the exam and results in a clear way. The staff were very welcoming and all went quick and smooth.
After a few days of noticing "floaters," I called the office and was given an appointment the very next morning. My eyes were examined. I was diagnosed with a retina tear that they considered serious should it grow larger. They made an appointment for me to a retina specialist the following afternoon. I visited the retina M.D.who performed a corrective laser procedure. I have 3 weeks of recovery that excludes strenuous activity. I have scheduled a final visit after recovery and hopeful return to normal activities. My good fortune was that HVS saw me and ...
If I could give Hill Vision Services more than five stars, I would. We had an eye emergency with my son and the ER wait was over 5 hours. Hill Vision saved the day. Their after-hours coordinator was an absolute angel on the phone, making us feel like a priority immediately. Dr. Blankenship called us back personally and was so thorough and calming. The fact that he went out of his way for non-patients speaks volumes about his character and this practice. Beyond impressed!
After 12+ years of using Hill Vision they refused to release a copy of my prescription without a refraction exam and added expense. (They had told me just weeks before the old scrip was still accurate!) A simple lesson here: the business model - and $ - trump service to clients. I'll be moving on down the road.
