I scheduled an eye exam last week at the Independence location because the locations closer to me were booked until October. I took time off work and drove about 40 minutes for my appointment. When I arrived and checked in, the staff was polite and informed me that my out-of-pocket cost for the exam would be nearly $200 because they couldn’t apply certain benefits from my insurance. It was my very first time ever going to a Discover business center. On the moment I walked in the door the receptionist greeted me with a smile. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice. Dr Salim Was exceptional. Thank you all very much for making this. A very good experience for me.

I had a very concerning health issue with one of my eyes today so I made a bold move to stop in at the Independence location without an appointment where I pleaded my case to the friendly front desk receptionist asking to be seen by Dr. Fowler. She left the desk and personally asked Dr. Fowler if she could 'squeeze me in' to her already booked Friday schedule and she did! Dr. Fowler's Assistant was equally as pleasant and helpful as she did the preliminary exam, then Dr. Fowler came in to see me and examined my eye and counseled me. I left the center ...

I was experiencing some abnormal vision problems. I called the office that morning and they got me in that afternoon. Dr. Brett Dawson is my doctor and he did a thorough examination. He explained what was going on, how we would proceed and asked if I had any questions. Dr. Dawson is very professional and I trust his knowledge. I was impressed how soon they were able to get me seen. Dr. Dawson told me they take the issues I had very seriously. The staff is wonderful. The entire staff from check-in, techs, nurses and everyone were all very nice. You could tell the everyone was skilled at their job. Dr. Sayed was very thorough and communicated all findings and test results extremely well. I would highly recommend this office.
