Been here four times with extended wait times every time; always short staffed l. They don’t value your time at all. If they tell you 9:00 plan on at least 10-10:30. It seems like Betty is the only one here every time and is obviously overworked.
I had Lasik with Dr. Silverstein 15 years ago today and it was AMAZING! Completely life changing with results better than 20/20. 4 years ago I had an update on one eye as I noticed my distance starting to fade a bit. I am new to the area and needed to see an eye doctor to get updated prescription for lenses and make sure my diabetes hasn’t cause any damage. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how friendly everyone was. The tech understood I needed to go slow on the “is this better than this” and had absolutely no issue in going at my speed. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Other staff were also professional and helpful. They take time to answer any questions you may have and clearly explains your care. The clinic is specious and always clean with an adequate amount of furnishing. My wait times usually are short, only a few minutes. I have been a patient of Silverstein Eye Center more than 25 years and is completely satisfied with my care.
Excellent experience. Dr. Silverstein is informative, thorough & has empathy with his patients. The staff is the BEST in town! 5overall. Even though I have a chronic eye disease, he has done everything he and his staff have done everything they can to make improvements my vision. I appreciate that!
