The lady that did most of my testing was patient and considerate of my comfort. I called back to get her name for the review and had to deal with that frustrating call center rather than the office direct. I do not like that system at all and did not complete the call. She and Dr. Young were polite and feel they had my best interest in mind. Polite and accomodating.
Upon my arrival I was greeted and checked in for my appointment. Shortly thereafter I was escorted to a testing area and completed several eye evaluations and testing. Upon completion of testing I was escorted to another examination room and met with Dr. Haden. Dr. Haden was professional and clearly explained every detail of my cataract surgery based on my testing results and his diagnosis. Dr. Haden and your entire team was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Dan B.
Excellent experience from time they called to set my appointment to the time I seen the eye doctor was most excellent. My first eye exam and I'm 54vbut was goin blind in my left eye I'm scheduled for surgery in few weeks think they will take great care of me .
Dr Hayden recently fixed my husbands severe cataract. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. It's a very nice facility with well trained staff. Dr Hayden explained the procedure and possible complications well and did a wonderful job on the surgery. I highly recommend
I was very happy when everyone was done. All went smoothly and I am ready to get the other cataract removed Friday.I was very impressed by Dr. Jacob Thomas explaining how he was going to do the surgery to me and I agreed with everything he told me.
From start to finish everyone was so friendly but yet professional. It was an overall good experience. I felt totally at ease. And the doctor was absolutely great. He used a lot of technical terms while talking to his Tech. But then explained everything very thoroughly to me. I need cataract surgery and they're getting me in next week. That is truly amazing these days. Highly highly recommend using them.
